Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the questions we’re regularly asked by our customers. Hopefully the answers we’ve provided will help to answer any questions you have.

Q) How to place an order?

A) To add items to the shopping basket simply click on the ‘Buy Now’ button at the bottom of each page. Then after you have finished shopping click on ‘Shopping Basket’ and all of your items will be displayed here.

Q) How to view items in your shopping cart?

A) When you add items to your order, click on the ‘CHECKOUT’ button displayed at the top of each page to see all the items you have added.

Please check that the correct quantity you require is displayed and then click on ‘Secure Checkout’ to process your order.

Q) Processing of your order and payment by credit card

A) Once you have been through checkout and entered your payment details, please wait for a short period of time while your details are verified; this shouldn't be longer than a minute or two. When your payment has been accepted, you will see a confirmation screen thanking you for your order and you will also receive a confirmation email.

Q) Order confirmation email

A) Once your order has been processed, you will automatically be sent an email confirming details of the products you ordered, the value and your details together with the delivery address. 

Q) Payment Security

A) The credit card payment pages of our site are fully secure - for full details of this, click the rapid logo on the payment pages, or see below for more security information. Payment will appear on your bank statement as Click Dental Supplies Ltd.

Payments made on account will be checked by our customer service team before goods are despatched.

Q) Order queries

A) If you have a query regarding your order, please contact our Customer Service Team. However please do ensure that you have waited 2 working days for delivery of your item before contacting us.

We will endeavour to resolve your query as promptly as possible. You will be contacted within two working days, usually one.

Q) Non receipt of order

A) We strive to fulfill all orders within 7 to 10 working days. If you have not received your order please email your name and order details to customer.services@clickdental.com and our Customer Services Team will investigate your order. Alternatively you can also contact them by telephone or post, click here for contact details.

Q) Can I order from outside the UK?

A) Click Dental Supplies' distribution network only extends to mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland excluding Northern Ireland).

Q) What are my payment options?

A) You can either pay by credit card or on account. Payment on account is available as soon as you register.

Payment by credit card or account may entitle you to a prompt payment discount – this will be shown on the checkout pages. Please note that prompt payment discount when you pay on account is dependent on you settling your account promptly upon receipt of your statement.
